Project Overview: The Mosteni 4 photovoltaic park is located in Trivalea - Mosteni, Teleorman County, and has an installed capacity of 74.375 MW. The activities carried out by our team are part of the Design and Execution of Works under the CONNECTION TARIFF + USER TARIFF for the Mosteni 4 photovoltaic park (Telecommunications and Teleprotection Sections).

Our Scope:

• Procurement of materials, works, and services for splicing and certification measurements for single-mode and multi-mode fiber optics
• Design services: engineering with the participation of Transelectrica personnel
• Technological trials, FAT, SAT and PIF tests
• Training of operations staff – instruction/training of the Beneficiary’s personnel
• Modeling and integration of the substation into DEN/DET, OMEPA, CTSI, EI, OTS systems, etc.
• Construction and installation works: equipment installation, FO splicing services, configuration and parameterization of telecommunications equipment and installations, integration of telecommunications equipment/installations into the existing/new systems of the Contracting Authority and CNTEE Transelectrica S.A., verification of grounding for installed equipment, system and equipment testing (PIF, availability test), and measurements including all FO segments/sections, accompanied by measurement reports
